A: We offer three types of cremation services: Private, Semi-Private, and Communal. We also have two packages that offer several keepsakes included with cremation. All pricing vary by weight. Please contact the office for the full price list.
A: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm. Saturday: 9am-3pm. Sunday and after hours are by appointment.
A: You can contact us by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will be able to make arrangements for you to be able to drop your pet off at our office.
A: Private cremation is available for pets ranging from 0 to over 150 lbs. Semi-Private cremation is available for pets 0 to 25 lbs. The difference is Semi-Private cremation your pet is cremated in the same chamber as another pet. The two pets are laid side by side, but kept separated. You will still receive only your pet's ashes back.
A: Your pet's ashes will be returned back in a wood urn. You will also receive a certificate of cremation, a condolence card and a bookmark with a poem and a heart of seeds you can plant in remembrance of your pet.
A: As soon as the office receives your pet, we will assign an identification number and tag. That tag will stay with your pet during the whole cremation process. The office will keep record of your pet's information and id number. Once the process is finish and the ashes are ready, the tag is attached to bag of ashes inside the urn.
A: We offer a range of specialty urns, custom jewelry, hand blown glass, memorial blankets, caskets, nameplates and other items. A link to the company we recommend is on our website. Once you find something you like, please contact our office and we can provide you with pricing. If you decide to order, we will gather all the information that is needed and order the item for you. Some of the custom jewelry can include a paw or nose print, if you are interested in this option, you will need to let us know before cremation so an ink print can be collected.
A: We offer a Communal cremation. We will cremate your pet with other pets and not return the ashes. We scatter the ashes at a sunflower field on private property. With the Communal cremation you can still choose to purchase a clay paw print, ink print of nose and/or paw, or fur clipping.
